Helping people to have a healthy, vibrant, and satisfying relationship with their sexuality is one of my biggest passions. I believe that sexuality is an essential component to human life, and that understanding our sexuality and what gets in the way of us having a positive relationship with our sexual selves can improve every aspect of our lives – both in and out of the bedroom. As a certified sex therapist and a certified couples’ therapist, I approach the treatment of people’s sexual concerns in a variety of ways. Whether you are seeking individual therapy or couples therapy (including polyamorous relationships), I can tailor my therapeutic approach to suit your needs.

I know that for some people it can feel awkward or overwhelming to start talking about their sexual concerns. People fear being judged or blamed for their problems, or that they have “too much to explain” to a stranger. This is why it is helpful to see someone who is specifically trained in sex therapy; I have a deep understanding of how varied and unique human sexual expression can be, and I am knowledgeable about multiple sexual subcultures.
